Chevron One nearing completion
Category: News

The sculptural Chevron One Tower has recently reached its final height on site and really has become a landmark on Chevron Island. The tower will feature 229 luxury apartments however one residence is capturing the imagination of the property world: the penthouse, set to be the largest apartment ever built in Queensland.
A Residence Beyond Comparison
Spanning three levels and an extraordinary 2,104m², the penthouse crowns levels 40, 41, and the level 42 rooftop. The home delivers 1,346m² of finely crafted interiors complemented by 758m² of private outdoor living — an unparalleled scale that redefines apartment luxury.
Inside, five grand bedrooms each feature ensuite bathrooms. Formal and informal living and dining areas flow seamlessly into entertainment zones and a bespoke wine cellar, offering both intimacy and grandeur. Outside, the rooftop is a private sanctuary with a pool, fire pit, expansive lounge terraces, and hotel-inspired seating areas designed for hosting or quiet reflection.
Architectural Collaboration
This once-in-a-generation home has been designed specifically for the chairman of the Melbourne-based Bensons Property Group, the developer behind Chevron One Tower. Created in collaboration between Marchese Partners and Michelle Marsden Design, the penthouse embodies the pinnacle of architectural vision, personalisation, and craftsmanship.
Views Without Limits
Wrapped in sweeping balconies, the residence opens to 360-degree vistas: east to the Pacific Ocean, west across the hinterland mountains, and along the glittering coastline to the north and south. The rotating geometry of the tower’s balconies amplifies this ever-changing perspective, ensuring the views are as dynamic as the architecture itself.
While Chevron One Tower as a whole offers 229 residences it is the penthouse that defines the project. It is not just the building’s crown, but a statement piece of the Gold Coast, celebrating coastal living at the highest level of design and exclusivity.
Completion of Chevron One is anticipated by the end of 2025, when this extraordinary penthouse will take its place as a singular icon in Australian residential living.
