With a 4-Star Green Star certification, the project prioritises energy efficiency and eco-friendly materials, including solar energy systems and rainwater collection for watering. With an emphasis on landscaping to reduce heat and enhance shade, it features cross-ventilated halls and sun shading through fixed operable shading devices and roof overhangs.
