We are delighted to announce that our design of Encore by Mingara Hotel, in Tumbi Umbi, on the central coast of NSW, has won the 2025 Newcastle Excellence in Building Awards – $20-$30 Million Commercial Projects. We are proud to have worked on this successful project, setting a new benchmark for hotels in the area, for our client Mingara Leisure Group.
