Akoya Wins 2025 UDIA National Award in Australia Best Mid Rise Project

We are delighted to announce that our design of Akoya apartments, in Greenwich, Sydney, has won the 2025 National UDIA Award for excellence in mid-rise apartments. We are proud to have worked on this successful project which has achieved national recognition as a new benchmark in mid rise housing as well as record sales results and commercial success for our client Alceon.
