Marchese Partners | Life3A will be working with Guild Living and Specht Group Italia for the launch of innovative residential projects dedicated to the Third Age in Italy.

The projects to be known as Guild Communities, will be located in Italy’s most desirable destinations with the first project in Siena (May, 2023), followed by Turin (Dec, 2023) and Lake Garda (2024). The Guild Living /Specht Group Italia venture has plans to open 10 communities of 50 to 200 residences in the next 5 years across Italy.

The venture between Guild Living and Specht Group Italia brings together a team of global experts that will create a new and better way to live the Third Age. The Guild Community residents will be offered a variety of fully furnished apartments in a beautiful environment, with one, two or three bedrooms. The Guild Community will include a restaurant & bar, wellness facilities and swimming pool. Services include 24/7 security and if required health support and innovative wellness programs that empower people to live full and purposeful lives. The communities are targeted at people who want to live their Third Age with the independence and lifestyle they deserve.
