Merrimac Park residential aged care

We are pleased to announce that the new Merrimac Park residential aged care (RAC) development for Superior Care Group, located at the Gold Coast has had its Development Application approved.

Nestled in behind the canals and waterways of Broadbeach, the project consists of 32 high-end suites, built over 2 levels. All of the suites are elevated and offer fantastic 180 degree views into the internally landscaped and curated gardens.

The designs encapsulate our latest Strategy and Research along with our ageing better design principles, with a house model consisting of 4 houses of 8 suites per house creating small intimate living groups.

Overall, the scale and position of the new RAC will add a new dimension and offering for Superior Care Group at their Merrimac Park site and provide a inspirational setting for its future residents.
