New DA submitted for the Central Equity Tower

Marchese Partners | Life3A has resubmitted a development application for the Central Equity Tower in Surfers Paradise, for our client Central Equity Limited. The updated proposal features 347 apartments across 52 stories. Residents will enjoy exclusive amenities, including two pools, barbecue areas, a fitness centre, a sauna, and a club lounge.
