Designed by Marchese Partners | Life3A in collaboration with CKDS Architecture for our client GWH, this twin-tower residential development includes 196 apartments. Spacious balconies enhance the indoor-outdoor living experience, offering panoramic views of the harbour and the city skyline. Residents will also have access to amenities such as a rooftop entertainment lounge, heated outdoor pool, fully equipped gym and more. ONE will be the tallest building at completion and is setting a new benchmark for residential living in Newcastle. The building is scheduled to be completed later this year.
