Axel has been leading design throughout the Marchese Partners | Life in Sydney, London, Madrid and New Zealand office. He demonstrates strong design leadership through unlocking the opportunities presented by project briefs. His a deep thinker and enjoys challenging key assumptions to provide exceptional solutions.

He has been building a body of experience in Later Living environments having worked with leading operators in Australia and Internationally. He has a strong understanding in trends and opportunities in the market.

Axel has also taken part in our research lab in collaboration with universities and in association with our leadership members.
