Her strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and technical delivery, with deep multidisciplinary expertise and complex consultant management. Nicole brings a strategic mindset to every project, aligning creative vision with commercial outcomes.

She is an active contributor to Parlour and the Multicultural Association of Property Consultants, as well as a member of the Climate Action Committee for the Australian Institute of Architects.
