Since graduating with a Master of Architecture, Richard has been involved in the design, construction and documentation of multi-residential, mixed residential, commercial and aged care facilities. The diversity of these projects, along with his qualifications in project management has enforced his passion for translating the functional requirements into the intention of concept in design.
Richard has held a lifelong interest and passion for architecture, buildings and construction. He has developed the skills to meet the evolving challenges throughout all phases in projects, being able to deal with the many complexities faced during construction projects. He has worked on significant developments, including Mezzo in Glebe (Sydney), a mixed use development comprising 217 apartments, terrace housing, affordable housing, retail tenancies, commercial tenancies and public space. These include large scale, high density projects, consciousness of industry technological advancements, applications of new construction methods and materials, as well as the understanding of the scheduling/time management and the financial demands required to deliver successful stakeholder outcomes.
