Roberto joined Marchese Partners | Life3A’s Sydney studio as a Project Architect, progressing to Associate before relocating to Spain to establish the practice’s Madrid studio as Principal. Since then, he has taken on the role of Regional Director, reflecting his expanding leadership and contribution to Life3A’s growth across Europe.
With extensive international experience in architecture and particular focus in seniors living, Roberto brings together strong design leadership with a deep understanding of the commercial, operational and social considerations shaping the evolving living sector.
Based in Madrid, he oversees Life3A’s regional operations, projects and key client relationships, while driving the strategic growth of the practice across Europe. Roberto is particularly passionate about creating connected, people-centred environments that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction, integrating seniors into the wider community.
