Talía is a qualified architect, BIM Manager and Associate at Marchese Partners | Life3A, where she leads the BIM and technology strategy from the Madrid office. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has contributed to a wide range of projects across the UK, Australia, and Europe, including landmark developments such as Guild Living Epsom, Bath, Walton, Kensington Square, as well as Rumbalara and Merewether in Australia.

With 9 years of international experience, Talía has worked across diverse project types—from residential to senior living—bringing a strong focus on efficiency, standardisation, and digital innovation. In addition to her role as BIM Manager, she has been spearheading the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the company’s design and delivery processes for the past two years, driving new ways of working and collaboration.
