Teresa joined Marchese Partners | Life3A in 2019 as a highly accomplished architect, bringing with her extensive expertise in the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments across the UK and internationally. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked with renowned firms in Madrid, Ireland, and London, specialising in high-end and prime residential projects.

Since joining Marchese Partners | Life3A, Teresa has played a key role in the delivery of large-scale seniors living developments in London, including Guild Living developments, and Loveday Kensington Square. Her involvement also extends to seniors living projects in Australia—such as Greenwich Akoya—and across Southern Europe, with contributions to developments in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
