The refurbishment concept for Pitt Street Tower represents a unique opportunity to reposition a significant commercial building and refurbish it to current, contemporary commercial office building standards.
Our vision for the project is to build on its great location and efficient floor plate through the aesthetic re-imagination and significant expansion of its existing lobby and the addition of modern communal amenity spaces where tenants and visitors can work, connect and collaborate.
Modern office towers need to provide tenants with third space work environments and our design provides this through an expanded lobby and mezzanines amenity spaces and level 14 sky lounge.
