Marchese Partners | Life3A master plan for this project incorporated clusters of villas centred around small pocket gardens. This concept took advantage of the site’s natural setting while providing opportunities for social interaction. The project features up and over villas with internal patios to enjoy the gardens and views. A total of over 200 dwellings plus communal facilities was proposed for this project.
