The Marchese Partners | Life 3A executives met in Melbourne last month for a strategy day. It was the first time in over two years that the global team were able to come together due to the pandemic.
The day’s agenda centred around reconnecting, reflecting, reenergising and refocussing. We did some blue sky thinking but also focussed in on what can be done now to provide the best strategy, research & design for the Marchese Partners | Life3A customers.
The rest of the global team joined for two days of team building which included architectural tours of several buildings such as Fender Katsalidis Architects’ Australia 108 and the Civic Theatre design by Walter Burley Griffin. We also visited several cellar doors in the Healesville.
