The Green wins 2025 National Retirement Living Award for Sustainability

Marchese Partners | Life3A is thrilled to announce that our design for The Green seniors living development at Tarragindi in Brisbane has won the National Retirement Living 2025 Award for Sustainability. With a 4-Star Green Star certification, the project prioritises energy efficiency and eco-friendly materials, including solar energy systems and rainwater collection for watering. With an emphasis on landscaping to reduce heat and enhance shade, it features cross-ventilated halls and sun shading through fixed operable shading devices and roof overhangs. The Green is a lively, multi-generational community, setting a new standard for sustainable and connected living.
