The Watermark Residences at the Newgreens Chatswood Golf Club are now complete. Comprising 106 apartments and the new Chatswood Golf Clubhouse, this project sets a new benchmark for golf course seniors living developments. The design features a sinuous five-storey, single-loaded apartment building that nestles into the site’s natural escarpment, allowing every residence to enjoy uninterrupted views of the golf course.
