Marchese Partners | Life 3A are proud to have designed a new Seniors Living and Clubhouse development. The design of the seniors living precinct and new clubhouse combines modern facilities and wellness to future-proof the club’s long-term revenue and provide an aged friendly curated environment for the later life residents, focused on our ageing better design principles.

The local planning controls posed a challenge by restricting the site yield, which initially reduced the opportunity for a design solution that could take advantage of the outlook and amenity for the proposed apartments. Our design solution resolved this issue by consolidating the apartments into a 5-storey form to follow the natural escarpment of the site, providing all residents with spectacular golf course views and connection to the landscape.

The Chatswood Golf Course re-development brings together our ageing better design principles, research, and sound urban design. The culmination of this is that we are providing the next generation of living for future residents to age in place and enjoy their 3rd Age, whilst maximising the sites potential.
