At Life3A, we are a leading global design practice with an enviable global portfolio of seniors living, aged care and multi-unit projects from our locally based Madrid Studio.
Our team brings more than 30 years of international expertise to a city shaped by centuries of architecture, culture and design. That local influence runs through our work, helping us create places with a strong sense of identity, grounded in their setting and underpinned by practical, commercially informed thinking.
Our award-winning seniors living and aged care experience informs environments that support independence, dignity, connection and quality of life.
We consider the needs of residents, families and operators together, balancing thoughtful architecture and interiors with accessibility, efficient operations and a genuine sense of home.
Our team of architects, interior designers, and master planners combine their extensive experience and expertise to bring a unique, international perspective to every project, both in Spain and across Europe.
Our Madrid studio is located at Poeta Joan Maragall 3 in the centre of the city. From here, we deliver projects across Spain and collaborate with clients and project teams throughout Portugal, Italy and the wider European market.
Our multi-disciplinary studio brings together:
- Architects
- Interior designers
- Master planners
- Seniors living and aged care specialists
This combination of local presence, European project experience and international design knowledge allows us to create architecture that responds to its setting while meeting the ambitions of each client and project.
At Life3A, our team has successfully designed and delivered a wide range of projects across Spain, Portugal and Italy, including prominent developments in Madrid and Florence.
A selection of our European projects includes:
- Luana Senior Living: An upscale, resort-style community in Costa del Sol, Spain
- Cando Living: A new benchmark for seniors living in Madrid, Spain
- Guild Trieste: the careful refurbishment of a historic palace in the heart of Trieste, Italy
- Guild Living Florence: A new later living community in a beautiful woodland setting outside of Florence, Italy.
Every project begins with a clear understanding of the site, the brief and the opportunity to create something distinctive. Our architects, interior designers and master planners work collaboratively from the outset, balancing design ambition with planning, technical and commercial considerations.
This disciplined approach allows us to unlock the potential of each site while carrying a strong and cohesive design vision through every stage of the project.
