Steve Zappia and Stewart Dean, recently attended the breaking ground ceremony for the start of construction for Newgreens Chatswood including the new Chatswood Golf Club and Watermark Residences. 

We are proud to be part of the team delivering this luxury later living development. 

The Newgreens precinct offers beautifully designed contemporary, sustainable residences, overlooking the stunning Chatswood Golf course. Designed by Marchese Partners | Life3A, this development is a joint venture between Watermark Living, Pariter and Chatswood Golf Club and is being constructed by Parkview Constructions, due for completion late 2024.
