The Chevron One apartments are in high demand. Bensons Property Group recently relaunched an off-market sales campaign for the remaining units in the 42-story tower Chevron One. They successfully sold over 20 apartments. Approximately 75% of all apartments have now been sold, and the marketing team is confident that the remaining units will be sold within the next few months. Construction on-site has progressed to level 19, with fit-out trades intensively working on the lower levels now. The 229-apartment tower is scheduled for completion in Q4 2025.
