Marchese Partners | Life3A have designed the first 42 storey residential tower, Chevron One, on the Gold Coast’s Chevron Island in Queensland.
The 229-apartment tower was launched as Chevron Island’s first luxury residential tower. It celebrates its emergence as an iconic landmark encapsulating the ultimate lifestyle of the Gold Coast.
These luxury apartments and the organic sculptural form of the building are inspired by the traditional Gold Coast beach lifestyle.
The rotating geometry of the balconies generate a dynamic moving facade which facilitates a variety of apartment types, views, and aspects.
The penthouse apartment will be Queensland’s biggest single unit / total 1720m2 / 946m2 internal + 774m2 external under roof area.
