Marchese Partners | Life3A have designed the first 42 storey residential tower, Chevron One, on Queensland’s Gold Coast.

The 229-apartment tower was recently launched as Chevron Island’s first luxury residential tower and celebrates its emergence as an iconic landmark encapsulating the ultimate lifestyle of the Gold Coast.

These luxury apartments and the organic sculptural form of the building is inspired by the traditional Gold Coast beach home and delivers coastal living in an unequaled location.

The rotating geometry of the balconies juxtaposed against the smooth ceramic white blade walls generates a dynamic moving facade which facilitates a variety of apartment types, views and aspects.

The penthouse apartment will be Queensland’s biggest single unit / total 1720m2 / 946m2 internal + 774m2 external under roof area.
