Parkside Yeronga Masterplan

The Parkside Yeronga masterplan is an exciting opportunity to create a well-designed integrated and multigenerational precinct within an established inner urban residential community on the former TAFE site at Park Road in Yeronga.

The product offerings at Parkside Yeronga are diverse in mix, typology and scale which is representative of the diversity of development consortium which consists of Retire Australia, JGL Properties, Brisbane Housing Company (BHC) and Economic Development Queensland (EDQ).

Our vision is to create an exciting and well-integrated retirement village development. Residents will be able to connect with the landscape wherever they are in the development. The ‘Green Spine’ is part of Retire Australia’s offering back to the community.

At a human scale and central to the design thinking, has have been our ageing better design principles of familiarity, health and wellbeing, legibility, distinctiveness, accessibility, comfort, and safety. These principles create a safe, secure, connected and inspirational intergenerational community, with well-defined streetscapes and generous open public landscaped areas
