125Q is a landmark building in the heart of Auckland CBD. Marchese Partners have delivered a state-of-the-art refit delivering A-grade quality through a mix of heritage and modern office space.

Retaining the historic façade, the exterior has been transformed to a modern tower including a unique LED screen wrapping around the street levels.

The design was developed to utilise permeable street networks that easily connect users to amenities.

The upgrade of the internal amenities related to the office space and the shopping centre.
