Marchese Partners | Life3A completed the refurbishment of an existing office space at North Ryde in Sydney. The upgraded office space was essential to refresh a tired and outdated large floor.

The changes were minimal, yet impactful, enhancing the reception area and creating a more modern workspace. Several screens and dividers, some featuring new planting, were added to introduce life and greenery to the deep floor plates. New, brighter paint finishes and natural timber elements completed the transformation. A primary focus was the creation of distinctive breakout spaces, designed to provide flexibility and foster a more dynamic, engaging office environment. These spaces were previously lacking in the original layout, which constrained the functionality of the area.

This adaptive re-use demonstrates Marches Partners | Life3A’s ability to create appealing commercial design outcomes on low budget projects.
