Marchese Partners | Life3A are proud to have designed an extension to Retire Australia’s Arcadia retirement living development at Yeronga, Brisbane.

This project is part of EDQ’s wider Yeronga TAFE masterplan redevelopment. A unique opportunity to deliver a thoughtfully designed, integrated, and multigenerational precinct within the heart of an established inner-urban community, on the former TAFE site at Park Road, Yeronga.

The new building will be located between Villa Street and Park Road. The development comprises 58 independent living apartments, offering panoramic views of the CBD skyline to the north and the lush expanse of Yeronga Memorial Park to the south.

Our vision for the whole project is to create a vibrant, well-integrated retirement village that embodies Life3A’s ‘ageing better in place’ design principles—familiarity, health and wellbeing, legibility, distinctiveness, accessibility, comfort, and safety. Parkside Yeronga will foster a safe, secure, and connected intergenerational community, enriched by well-defined streetscapes and expansive, landscaped public spaces.
