Marchese Partners | Life3A have designed an Atura Hotel as part of a major mixed use development at Merrylands in Sydney. The mixed use retail centre will include 12,000m2 of retail space, 400 apartments and a 90 room hotel. A childcare centre and commercial spaces will complete the development, along with a 2,500m2 public park.
