Marchese Partners | Life3A has recently completed the design of Carla Zampatti’s new corporate headquarters in Waterloo, Sydney. The iconic fashion label has relocated from their traditional Kent Street head office into their chic new workplace. The project involved the refurbishment and fit out of an existing 2-story brick warehouse, resulting in a more efficient layout for the business. The ground floor now accommodates production, storage, and dispatch, while design and administration offices are located on the first floor. The warehouse has been transformed into a contemporary, light-filled workspace that blends original industrial features with modern elements, creating a stylish and creative workplace ambience.
