This new development, for our client RetireAustralia, is located in Cleveland, near Brisbane. With nearby public transport and retail options, it offers an ideal location for retirees—providing a place to call home while continuing to enjoy the highly sought-after bayside lifestyle that defines the local community.

This project will include 100 apartments, comprising 90 Independent Living Apartments (ILAs) and 10 care suites. (90ILAs and 10 care suites). These residences are spread across four buildings, each carefully planned to foster community connection, accessibility, and a sense of privacy. The mix of ILAs and care suites ensures a continuum of care, allowing residents to age in place with dignity and support as their needs evolve.
