We have recently completed a 360m² office fitout in the city centre of Townsville that was once a windowless department store and is now transformed into a light-filled, innovative office space. The revitalised building features additional floor to ceiling height and views onto Flinders Street.

This custom designed fitout for Symal will provide a vibrant and flexible workplace for up to 30 people. At the heart of the fitout is an open-plan office with a mix of dedicated desks and hot desks. Adjacent quiet rooms and meeting spaces provide additional flexibility, supporting a contemporary and functional office setting.

The staff breakout area has been designed to encourage informal meetings and foster an engaging workplace culture. It also serves as an attractive visual backdrop within the office. A formal boardroom, located near the lobby, is designed for independent use, allowing visitors to access it without entering the main office area.
