The Golden Grove project is ideally located between a residential setting and Pedare college. Life Care and the college have worked together to provide intergenerational interaction of the aged care community through a range of initiatives which bring the two communities together.

The proposed development would involve construction of buildings of 3-6 storeys around a central courtyard. It would also be accessible to the public and Pedare College via links to the surrounding street network and the school itself.

The development will include a café, gallery, hairdresser and allied health services. Residents as well as general public will be able to access all facilities.
