Nestled within lush, landscaped grounds, Gowanbrae is a private sanctuary in Melbourne’s north. Designed by Marchese Partners | Life3A, this retirement community features a 3-story complex of 4,900m2, comprising 39 one and two-bedroom apartments.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens, living areas, split system air-conditioning, assistance call system and individual balconies. You can access them through a central foyer, serviced by three lifts and staircases, as well as by entrances located at either end of the complex. We have been involved in the completion of the development application stage. We undertook full architectural, interior design and site architect services on the project. The project was completed in 13 months.
