Granville Place is a contemporary mixed-use development consisting of 3 residential towers sitting above a 4-story residential and retail podium. Located adjacent to Granville railway station, the development was conceptualised as a true urban village. A place where residents can live, shop and play. The development incorporates 712 apartments and over 6000m2 of retail space. Carefully designed to integrate into the context, the project responds to the human scale of the street through a series of panels and frames reminiscent of a traditional village street.

The towers capture natural light and surrounding views, and present as bold, dynamic forms that respond to the scale of the city. The ground floor features a large supermarket and a range of specialty stores. Residents will enjoy an exclusive garden oasis atop the podium roof, while a significant portion of the site has been allocated to council for the development of a new public park.
