a sub-tropical oasis on the city’s doorstep in tarragindi

The Green development offers independent living in a premium retirement community. It sits on the site of the former Tarragindi Bowls Club. The design maximises the potential of this unique island site. The site is almost hidden behind a tree-lined entry boulevard and next to the Tarragindi recreational reserve.

The design aims to create a new bowls club facility. This will bring fresh communal energy to the precinct. In addition, the development includes a mix of senior living units.

The project’s uniqueness shows in its built form and the material choices for the façade.

The Green incorporates an intentional design and care philosophy based on low maintenance and private, secure living built to support residents’ needs, even as they change over time.

Each of the 11 carefully considered apartment designs deliver high levels of natural light, thoughtful interior finishes and technology solutions designed to help residents stay connected and access health services—or to simply enhance their entertainment options.
