Marchese partners | Life3A has recently submitted a development application for a new retirement village in Brisbane, designed for long-term client Retire Australia. Located along the Brisbane River in the picturesque and affluent suburb of Graceville, the project combines modern and heritage design elements.

The development will feature three new buildings, thoughtfully integrated with two heritage-listed structures: Verney House and the stables. It will offer 101 spacious independent living apartments. It will also include 10 care suites, allowing residents to age in place with access to a full spectrum of care on-site.

The application has already been submitted to the Council late 2024. We are optimistic about a smooth, code-assessable approval process, with a positive outcome.
