The brief for Marchese Partners | Life3A was to integrate nature with high-quality design whilst also creating an inner community.

To achieve this, the design uses a natural colour palette and local materials, integrating them seamlessly with landscaped areas that complement the surrounding environment. The design strategically positions the Bayview golf course, wellness centre, and other communal facilities to create spaces where people can gather, foster connection, and build a sense of community.

These elements combine to make Bayview Waterbrook a seamless blend of lifestyle and wellness amongst a calming and natural setting.
