Zagame’s Place is a boutique office space located in Hawthorn, Victoria. The existing commercial building underwent a full refurbishment. This space offers customisable, flexible spaces set within stunning park-like gardens and balconies, designed by Jack Merlo. A striking three-story atrium houses a vibrant coffee shop, stylish lounge areas, and private, club-inspired spaces for collaboration and work. The office floors are redesigned to provide creative, customisable, and flexible workspaces, complete with balconies that overlook the new garden.

Conveniently accessible by all modes of transportation—whether by car, bus, train, bike, or even walking or running along the Yarra Trail—Zagame’s Place allows you to choose your preferred route. It is ideally located near freeways and close to the Melbourne’s CBD.

This project is now complete. The design development and construction documentation for the project have been carried out by Marchese Partners | Life3A’s Melbourne office, in collaboration with Lukas Partners.
