Marchese Partners | Life3A are proud to have designed a new Seniors Living and Golf Clubhouse development at Newgreens Chatswood. The design of the watermark residences seniors living precinct and new Chatswood Golf Club combines age appropriate residential accommodation with modern hospitality facilities and amenities. It creates an outstanding outcome for the club and the future residents whilst future proofing the clubs long-term viability. The design was developed utilising our ageing better principals creating an aged-friendly environment focused on wellness and lifestyle.

The site offered an amazing amenity and views but a conventional planning approach would have limited its potential. Instead our innovative design approach consolidated the apartments into a 5-storey form to follow the natural escarpment on the site. It provides every apartment with spectacular golf course views and connection to the landscape. The new club house was placed in between the two apartment buildings to become the spectacular and iconic centre piece of the development.
