The Lennox Parramatta is a high-quality residential development on the South Bank of the Parramatta River. The iconic tower consists of 413 luxury apartments rising 41 storeys above a podium containing a mix of retail, entertainment, and conference facilities.

The complex nature of the site, adjoining the Parramatta river, and sitting aloft the heritage bridge on Church Street, forced a very involved design development phase to ensure that the building would be constructed to the highest level of design.

A new walkway alongside the river connects the building on a number of levels as it rises above the city whilst also maintaining a connection to nature. The incredibly high level of amenity will see this building become an architectural masterpiece visible across the city.

Marchese Partners completed design development and full construction documentation for the project. Development Application was completed by JPW Architects.
