Palmera Residences will emerge on the busy Gold Coast skyline. It will include 51 levels with 347 apartments on the southern part of Surfers Paradise. It is the first project to be undertaken by Central Equity outside of Melbourne.
Palmera will be amongst the 10 tallest towers on the Gold Coast, allowing extraordinary panoramic views from almost each apartment.
Following Chevron One, Palmera is the third Marchese Partners | Life3A project to be realised on the Gold Coast with more in the pipeline.
