We successfully delivered the upgrade works for Brisbane’s Gold Tower, receiving positive feedback from both building users and the client.

Our design for a large spec-fit office tenancy focused on targeted enhancements to the existing fitout, delivering a refined and contemporary workplace while remaining conscious of budget and resources. Key interventions included the introduction of a contemporarybreakout space, an upgraded boardroom, a new entry statement, and an elevated look and feel across the open-plan office environment.

In parallel, we delivered a much-needed upgrade to the building’s End of Trip Facilities (EOTF), replacing outdated amenities that presented functional and privacy challenges. The completed facilities now provide a fresh, contemporary environment that has transformed the user experience and received strong positive feedback from users.
