Zagame’s Place is a boutique office building located in Hawthorn, Victoria. The existing commercial building underwent a full refurbishment and now offers customisable, flexible spaces set within stunning park-like gardens and balconies. A striking three-story atrium houses a vibrant coffee shop, stylish lounge areas, and private, club-inspired spaces for collaboration and work. The office floors are designed to provide creative, customisable, and flexible workspaces, complete with balconies that overlook the new garden.

This project is now complete. The design development and construction documentation for the project were carried out by Marchese Partners | Life3A’s Melbourne office, in collaboration with Lukas Partners.
