Marchese Partners | Life3A was commissioned by ISPT to prepare concepts for an existing commercial building in North Ryde. The concepts focused on creating large, oversize ground and first-floor tenancies to support marketing efforts and help reposition the building. Marchese Partners innovative solution for the space for a tech company involved the incorporation of an amphitheatre which doubles as a connecting stair between the two floors. Services were exposed to provide a high tech contemporary workplace aesthetic.
