Marchese Partners | Life3A interiors have converted a tired and conventional office space into a contemporary creative office space. Suspended ceilings were removed and existing services exposed highlighting the existing concrete soffits and galvanised ductwork. These finishes were juxtaposed against a new black painted steel ring beam and white painted walls. Existing glass panels were reused and existing concrete floors polished demonstrating a commitment to sound adaptive re-use philosophies. A new light box was set deep into the space as a visual divider between reception and workstation areas and provides an artificial light source to brighten the deepest parts of the floor plan. Modern open plan workstations were selected to promote collaboration in the workplace and promoting visual openness to maximize lines of sight and natural light.
