Marchese Partners | Life3A developed the concept design for a light industrial development, optimising a narrow site through an efficient and considered layout. The scheme comprises three warehouse units, each incorporating a 75sqm mezzanine office, supported by shared hardstand and carparking areas to maximise functionality and site efficiency.
The design retains selected existing trees along the northern boundary, providing natural shade to a shared outdoor area for the tenancies. This integration of landscape and built form enhances amenity while creating a practical and cohesive industrial environment.
