ISPT, our client, tasked us with reimagining a large vacant commercial tenancy in North Ryde, for a modern take on a traditional call centre business. The design needed to introduce a new way of working. We transformed the double-storey space into a flexible environment that could accommodate a variety of potential occupants. A key focus was to establish a strong connection with the proposed new lobby café and the surrounding landscaped areas. We incorporated large-scale biophilic elements to enhance the workplace atmosphere. Innovative industrial lighting was used to create dramatic effects on the ceiling, while exposed services accentuated the building’s raw, industrial character.
