ONE Apartments is a residential twin-tower development situated above a mixed-use podium. The apartments feature large balconies that provide an indoor/outdoor lifestyle experience, offering scenic vistas including the harbor, Watagan Mountains, the city, and the ocean beyond.
The formerly industrial precinct is undergoing an exciting transformation into a residential and mixed-use hub, in line with the tradition of living and working in one place. Very generously designed community facilities with a focus on wellness, community, and sustainability create a stunning urban oasis within the city.
