Wardell Road is a contemporary co-living development located directly opposite Dulwich Hill Station, overlooking the plaza precinct. The project comprises 39 co-living rooms, a ground-floor café and a rooftop terrace, creating a connected urban environment that balances private living with opportunities for social interaction. The design activates the streetscape while providing residents with welcoming communal spaces to relax, connect and engage with the surrounding neighbourhood.
